We have a fully equipped GRE (Glassfiber reinforced epoxy) pipe workshop with Classification Approval from a number of certification bodies, including: Det Norska Veritas; Lloyds Register and Bureau Veritas. GRE pipes have a smooth internal surface that reduces friction and enables a high pipe flow capacity. Low thermal conductivity of GRE pipes, in comparison to steel, minimizes the cost of insulation and heat loss. Another major benefit of GRE pipes is that once installed, they are virtually maintenance free.
In short, the major advantages of GRE pipes are: long service life, lightweight, corrosion resistant, retrofit solution, low maintenance costs and easy installation.
When it comes to the construction of large, complex steel structures, we offer many unique advantages. Our production and fabrication areas cover more than 100,000 square meters, of which 35,000 square meters is indoors. Our workshop is fully equipped for both heavy steel construction and niche production assignments, with gas and plasma cutting machines, plate rollers, edging presses and a hydraulic press. In the workshop, we have a lifting capacity of up to 200 tonnes.
Workshop for Cleaning
Our ultrasonic cleaning system, which measures 2.20 meters high, 2.20 meters wide and 1.30 meters deep, is suitable for cleaning a large number of both smaller and larger marine diesel/generation engine components, such as turbo chargers, intercoolers, heat exchangers, cylinder heads and filters. Not only is it efficient, it also safely removes contamination from all forms of metals, saving time and extending the lifetime of expensive and crucial engine parts when combined with the correct cleaning solutions.
Our machinery workshop features a wide range of equipment, including a heavy-duty conventional vertical turret lathe with double column, with a machining diameter of 1.9 meters. We also offer a heat treating oven measuring 1.20 meters high x 1.50 meters wide and 2 meters deep, for composites curing, aluminum ageing and high temperature coatings.
